Hi, I’m Sophia — I grew up in the countryside in Jamaica overlooking the beautiful ocean, where nature shaped my spirit and creativity. A graduate of Edna Manley College of Arts, I began painting later in life as a form of healing.

As an intuitive Painter, Art, for me, is the language of the soul. Shaped by solo journeys — both within and across the world, my work reflects themes of connection, transformation, and belonging. I paint to share and to connect with others through art.
